Gentle Stretch/Mindfulness
Start your morning with a gentle stretch to help wake up and help you feel energized/present for the day. This course is a calm, meditative, passive stretching class, focused on slowly waking up and invigorating your body for the day ahead. This class will also incorporate breathing techniques to keep you grounded and present.
Safe for all bodies.
Class Duration: 30 mins

Guided Full Body Stretch
We all know that we should stretch every day, especially when life gets stressful but let’s be honest, taking time to stretch isn’t always a priority. That’s where this class comes in. This full body stretch will help relax all of the stress from the day. Focusing on major muscle groups in a calm and supportive environment. This class will use more active stretch techniques and will include a brief warm up and a passive cool down.

Dance Fitness
Want to work out but hate going to the gym? Me too! I have always found the most success when I didn’t know I was working out but rather when I thought I was just having fun. So come move with me! This class will give you a full body workout while dancing to some of your favorite songs.

Line Dancing:
Come learn the most popular line dances so you’ll be ready to take on Nashville (or at least some of our local line dancing locations). Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes are available.

Pom
Ever secretly wanted to dance for the NFL? Is America’s sweethearts: DCC your guilty pleasure? If so, this is the class for you. This class focuses on sideline style dances and yes, you’ll get to shake some pom poms.
Safe for most bodies*: this course uses a lot of hair choreography that can aggravate neck injuries, but adaptations can be made to help keep you safe.
Class Duration: 45 mins

Adult Jazz (absolute beginner)
This course offers basic jazz techniques/choreography and is a great place to start out if you have never danced before but always wanted to.

Adult Jazz (intermediate/advanced)
Calling all dancers! You may call yourself a “former” dancer but let’s be real, it’s who we are. So, if it’s been a bit, welcome back! This class is for those with a dance background or those who have previously taken the absolute beginner’s class and are ready to move up.
Class Duration: 45 mins

Adult Hip-Hop (absolute beginner)
This course offers basic hip-hop techniques/choreography and is a great place to start out if you have never danced before but always wanted to.

Adult Hip-Hop (intermediate/advanced)

Heels (absolute beginner)
The ultimate empowering and confidence building class. Heels dance combines jazz, hip-hop, floorwork and commercial dance while wearing heels. Come strut with us and get a great leg workout. Heels are encouraged but not required for this class. Kneepads are strongly recommended. Please do not wear stilettos.
